When “heavy duty” actually means something, it shows up in the load ratings, the wall thickness and how the bin handles being stacked, forked and freighted day after day. Nally Bin supplies genuinely heavy-duty HDPE pallet boxes across Australia, from our Brisbane warehouse.
What “heavy duty” really means
Our pallet boxes are rated to a 5,000 kg static load and around 1,000 kg dynamic load, with a 700-litre capacity on a standard 1200 × 1000 mm footprint. The walls are thick-section HDPE with reinforced corners and a two-runner base designed for forklifts and pallet jacks. That means you can fill them, stack them and move them without the flexing, cracking or base failure you get from lighter import bins.
- 5,000 kg static load rating
- 700 L capacity, 1200 × 1000 × 915 mm
- Stackable when full to use vertical space
- Two-runner base for forklift and pallet-jack access
- Food-grade, UV-stabilised HDPE for indoor or outdoor use
Built for Australian conditions
Heat, UV and long freight runs are hard on storage equipment. HDPE handles Australian summers without becoming brittle, resists corrosion in coastal and wash-down environments, and won’t rot like timber. Whether the bins live in a Brisbane cool room or a yard in regional Queensland, they hold up.

Choosing perforated or solid
The BP 1-2R has perforated walls for airflow and drainage — good for produce and anything that needs to breathe. The BP 2-2R has solid walls to fully contain the load, which suits liquids, ice, dry goods and powders. Add a BPL 1 lid to either for stacking stability and protection in transit.
Freight across Australia
We’re based in Brisbane but supply nationally. Bins ship flat-efficient on standard pallets, so freight to Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and regional centres stays cost-effective. Tell us your destination and volume and we’ll work out the most economical freight option.
