Solid pallet boxes keep their fixed-wall shape when empty. Foldable pallet boxes collapse for empty storage and return transport. Start with the space your contents need, then check whether reducing empty-container height matters to your operation. What should you confirm before requesting a quote?

- Operating conditions: identify temperatures, cleaning products and any food-contact or chemical requirements. Ask for supporting specification rather than assuming compatibility.
- Accessories: confirm whether you need a lid, drain valve or castors and what is included for the selected SKU.
- Commercial details: provide the SKU, quantity and pickup or delivery address. Listed prices exclude GST; final pricing, stock and freight are confirmed in writing.
Do you need a container, a pallet or a spill pallet?
A solid pallet box or foldable pallet box encloses bulk contents. A plastic pallet supports a separate load rather than enclosing it. For drums or IBCs requiring containment, review IBC and drum spill pallets and confirm the required containment capacity and chemical compatibility for your application.
