Delivery and Pick-up

Collect from Salisbury, use our free-delivery offer where it applies, or have freight quoted anywhere in Australia.

The free-delivery offer

Free delivery applies to eligible orders of 10 or more units delivered within 50 km of our Salisbury QLD warehouse. Conditions apply.

Not every product or destination automatically qualifies. We confirm eligibility on every quote, and your quote shows what we have agreed.

Pick-up

2/76 Pentex St, Salisbury QLD 4107, Australia. Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Closed Saturday and Sunday. Please contact us before you arrive.

Outside the free-delivery zone

Delivery to other Brisbane suburbs, Queensland and the rest of Australia is available as a quoted freight service. Tell us the delivery address, whether you have a forklift or loading dock, and the quantity. For South East Queensland, regional Queensland and Northern NSW, send your postcode, product list and quantity for a freight quote.

Unloading

Please tell us about site access and unloading equipment when you request your quote. Larger items such as the double IBC spill pallet (2200 mm long) need suitable lifting equipment.

Check Delivery

Enter your delivery suburb and postcode. Free delivery applies to eligible orders of 10 or more units within 50 km of our Salisbury QLD warehouse. Conditions apply.

Who qualifies for free delivery?
Free delivery applies to eligible orders of 10 or more units delivered within 50 km of our Salisbury QLD warehouse. Conditions apply. We confirm eligibility for each order.
Is a postcode enough to confirm free delivery?
No. Eligibility depends on the distance from our warehouse, the number of units and the products ordered, so our team confirms it after you submit your suburb and postcode.
What if I am more than 50 km away?
We still quote delivery. Freight to metropolitan, regional and interstate addresses is priced on the products, quantity and address.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, from 2/76 Pentex St, Salisbury QLD 4107, Australia, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Contact us first so we can have it ready.
